Who provides care? - All services are delivered by trained and experienced healthcare and finance professionals. All clients are provided with one Senior Personal Assistant for reliability and trust.
Are you bonded or insured ? Yes — Opal Aide is fully insured, and we take all reasonable step to protect the safety, privacy, and property of our clients. If you're receiving financial assistance, we also provide written authorization agreements for transparency
Do you offer medical or nursing care? - No, Opal Aide provides non medical services only. We do not offer nursing , clinical care, or medical treatment. Our focus is on life and financial management to support overall well being
📅 How do you protect client's financial information?- We never collect or store banking passwords or accounts access without written permission. All financial support is conducted with client oversight and proper documentation to ensure full transparency and trust.
❌ What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit. Late cancellations may be counted as a completed service depending on circumstance. Clients enrolled in a membership management service we ask for at least 7 days notice before your next billing cycle. Clients may also pause memberships once per quarter with advance notice.

💵 How do you charge for your services? Opal Aide is Private pay only and we offer weekly or monthly flat-rate services based on the level of support needed .This allows for consistent ,predictable service without the pressure of hourly billing.
